Theresa was my sister's roommate when she first started college. She proved to be so awesome that they've stayed friends ever since. Plus, Theresa's gotten to know our entire family and gets Beth, Gavin, and myself awesome birthday presents every year.

One year, she gave me a whole Brendan Fraser-themed set of school supplies (which I still use). Not that I'm a really that huge a Fraser-fanatic, I just happen to have seen several of his movies in the theaters, including the ones that I should not have seen in the theaters... like "Monkeybone." But seriously, who could pass up a Brendan Fraser gluestick? I'm not made of stone, man! Now everytime I glue sequins to a pine cone or what have you, I can't help but think of Brendan Fraser's underrated performance in "Bedazzled."
